You stare at a strange shape in front of you. You reach out to touch it... and you are instantly transported inside a mysterious shop, seemingly devoid of any occupants. A disembodied voice asks, Would you care to buy anything? If so, you can just take it. Don't worry, I'll take care of things like payment...
SCORES
These are scores for particular songs that can be used to affect the user or the environment. The effects of the songs can be terminated at any time the singer wishes.Force Scores have a particular effect on objects and the surrounding area, while Form Scores change the singer’s form into something else. The effects of the scores are useless unless you have obtained the Song Gem for that song.
Verse Songbook: Contains the scores for all ten Verse Songs. B4000
FORCE SCORES
Bind Score: The Bind Song allows you to bind a mysterious force around any object up to 30 times your own mass, carrying it effortlessly in the air. You can only “bind” ONE object at a time. B50
Shield Score: The Shield Song will create a shield around you which neutralizes all projectile and magical attacks for two posts, including the one in which it is used. B50
Ripple Score: The Ripple Song will hide you from sight for however long you wish. However, a ripple in the air can be seen in the space around you, and you can still be sensed by other means. B50
FORM SCORES
Nature Score: When this song is sung, your skin turns a pale green. By focusing your new power, you can create and launch seeds which immediately sprout into large, cactuslike thorns five feet wide and twenty feet tall. These monstrous plants wither and decay after only a few minutes. B100
Sun Score: When this song is sung, your skin turns bright gold and begins to glow. By focusing your new power, you can shine a brilliant spotlight ahead of you, illuminating your line of sight for up to fifty feet. B300
Abyss Score: When this song is sung, your skin turns a deep, dark blue, absorbing any light around you. You can now withstand extremely high air or water pressures without being affected, and you gain perfect night vision. By focusing your new power, you can create a small pocket of shadow (about your size) which no light, sound, or heat can penetrate. This pocket gradually fades over time, completely disappearing within fifteen minutes. B400
Spirit Score: When this song is sung, you can focus your new power to project your consciousness outside your body in the form of a tiny wisp of light. This wisp can travel up to fifty feet away from your physical body and can pass through any solid object. When you return to your normal form your physical body will be transported to wherever your wisp projection is. B500
Beast Score: When this song is sung, your skin turns a pale pink, and you grow sharp fangs and claws (assuming you didn’t already have them). Your physical strength, speed, and stamina are nearly doubled, but your rationality and resistance to emotional or mental attacks are weakened by about 25%. B750
Energy Score: When this song is sung, your skin turns an ashen gray, and your eyes burn with pure energy. You gain the ability to shoot fiery bolts of energy at your enemies. These bolts do not aim themselves, however, so accuracy is needed. B1100
Dual Score: When this song is sung, your skin turns a bright blue. You gain the ability to shoot blue energy bolts, which are only half as powerful as the ones the Energy Song allows for. However, once at least six of the blue bolts hit their target, you can release a deafening scream, shattering glass or crystal objects and potentially immobilizing your foe. B1500
GEMS
Song Gems allow you to feel the effects of certain songs, the scores to which can be purchased above. Once you have a song gem, you need not keep it with you - you will be able to use that specific song no matter where the gem is.
Song Gem: ((Please state which one of your characters is buying this so that I can make sure they don't get duplicates)) You will receive a random song gem corresponding to a particular song. If you already own a song gem, you will NOT receive that one again unless you have obtained all possible song gems at least once. You can buy as many song gems as you want, but you may only buy one once per day. B300
Looking to your left, you see a strange doorway. No, that's not the right word for it... an aperture, there. You go inside, and are greeted by the sight of some extremely strange items...
WEIGHTS
They look a bit like glorified paperweights, but there seems to be more to them than meets the eye...
Weighted Storage Cube: A metal cube with a simple blue design on it. It's called a storage cube, but it seems impossible to open. Could there be something inside of it? B50
Edgeless Safety Cube: When the Weighted Storage Cube is too much for you, there's always this. It is completely edgeless, and therefore 100% less likely to injure you with sharp edges... Oh, who are you kidding - the thing's a sphere. Stop calling it a cube already. B50
Discouragement Redirection Cube: This cube is a variant of the Weighted Storage Cube. Its faces are all lensed, with five of them focusing onto the sixth. And Thermal Discouragement Beam that hits the cube will be redirected straight out of the sixth face, so be careful how you hold it... B100
Companion Cube: Similar to the Weighted Storage cube, but witha pink pattern instead of a blue one. Its faces all have a heart on them. Apparently, it can plug into core receptacles. Sometimes, you could swear it speaks to you... B250
ROBOTS
These Aperture Science robots have a rudimentary AI system, making them autonomous, but not particularly smart.
Turret: "You remember them right? They're the pale spherical things full of bullets. Oh, wait. That's you in five seconds." These automatic sentries fire the WHOLE bullet. That's 65% more bullet per bullet! And they come in all colors. There's red! Blue! Camouflage! ...Bricks? ...Alright, what idiot picked these? B500
Frankencube: Apparently somebody mashed two turrets into a Weighted Storage Cube, and stripped out all the guns. The result? A two-headed cube that drags itself around aimlessly until it comes to rest on a button, where it will lay still. You... guess this might be useful... somehow... B200
CORES
These Aperture Science Personality Cores are a bit odd. They seem to be sentient, but most of them have a dominant trait far exceeding any others...
Limited item - 22/23 in stock. You buy a core, and I'll see which one you get. 750B
CORE UPGRADES
Remember that core you bought over there? What? You didn't buy a core? Well, go do it then! And then come back here.
Chassis: Cores are nice, but they're not too useful (or fun) by themselves. By giving them a chassis, you can have them walk around with you and accompany you on adventures and puzzles and other things. Choose between Atlas, P-Body, or Party Escort! B600
Chassis 2: Sometimes, you just want your core to stay home and run the place for you. With these various chassis, you can! Choose from GLaDOS or a Management Rail. B700
Chassis 3: For when you just need someone to talk to. These chassis will make the cores portable, but not very mobile themselves. Currently only in PotatOS. B400
At the back of the chamber, you see a vitrified test chamber door. You think you can make out more items through a crack in the doorway, but you can't get in. You decide to leave it for now - maybe it will open later...
