Interplanetary Space Station (ISS) - Less impressive than it sounds. Two on opposite poles of Skaia for each faction. These launchpads (with diner and small motel) are where non-god tiers can go to get a lift to Prospit, Derse, or other planets.
The Dusky Night - A Dersite-styled bar run by an imp and a caparcian.
Summer Days - A standing-room only ice cream and lemonade shop.
The Skaian Marketplace - This place is filled with vendors, small shops, some other establishments, and occasionally black market dealers. Extremely busy.
Checkered Dump - A place with a ton of garbage and junk. Most of the trash here is sorted into square piles and placed on top of Skaia's white tiles.
The Imperial Library - A grand mansion filled with books, in fact every book ever made. History books from each species, classics such as A Tale of Two Cities, and newer books like The Hunger Games. The mansion has been turned into a grand library open to any faction. The workers, who are all carapacians, do not take kindly to over do books, and they will hunt you down if you don't return them.
Museum of the Old worlds - This Prospitan castle has been converted by a volunteer group of players to make a museum for tribute to earth/Alternia/other homeworlds (which, collectively, are known to them as the old worlds) and the times before their Sburb session. Any item owned by players pre-Sburb can be donated to this museum, as this museum tries to help players overcome homesickness and nostalgia.
Drop of Derse - A classy, jazzy bar-slash-coffee house. Specializes in alcoholic coffees.
Can Town - A city state of carapacians run by a Dersite Pawn, a Dersite Rook and a Prospitian Pawn-turned-Queen. The Pawn acts as mayor, the Queen, oddly enough, delivers the mail, and the Rook acts as the judicial. All Carapacians, NPC or player, are welcome.
Like the name suggests, the town's buildings look like giant cans. Different zones are separated into different colored squares, with residential and public buildings in white squares and commercial and industrial zones in black squares.
Life in Can Town can be rough at times, with occasional attacks by various Skaian eldritch abominations a looming threat, but despite this, the town's populace is generally very cheery.
Some major exports are pumpkins, canned foods, soft drinks (especially TAB), ragged cloaks, firearms and chalk.
((To make your own suggestions of landmarks, please see this thread.))
