Who do you think would win in a strife?

Strife Strategy:
Her strategy consists of staying out of danger from the opponent by way of constant movement or having something in her way to block any long range attacks. Basically she buys time while intensely observing her opponent. She learns their movements and attack habits and finds openings. When she finds these openings she makes sure to disable the opponent's movement as much as possible during that opening before taking cover or moving again. Once her opponent is fully disabled, she will come in for the finishing blow.
She used to fight with a magical slingshot and eggs that shattered into superglue, but now she uses a combination of her main weapon Tidal Wrath, and a secondary weapon she carries around Cold Star Shooter.
Sometimes distraction is a way to create openings, and as you can see she has these wonderful distractions called fireworks.
Finishing move can be anything from her fist, to a large rock, to her swiss army knife. Fight to the death? The knife would take precedence of course.
And yes, she still carries her old sling and eggs of stick...just in case.
Not being a God-tier, she doesn't have much for powers- she does however have very good observation skills and occasional 'hunches'.

Well prepared (assorted array of fighting gear)
Extra protection (steel breastplate)
Weaknesses:
Not God-tier
Not able to fly
Not good at ignoring pain
Hesitates to take risky chances
Really, really bad at close range/ hand to hand
Intertwines with previous weakness, tends to panic at close range in combat

Strife Strategy: Usually tries to get behind opponent to get off a quick kill. Excels at hand-to-hand combat and knife fighting. Uses his aspect powers to either trap opponents in a small void or uses invisibility to get behind them. Uses the stamina drain on his knives to keep going in long fights. Trained assassin so used to thinking on the fly.
Strengths: Strong hand-to-hand combat and knife fighting and highly dexterous
Weaknesses: Wears no kind of armor so its much easier to wound him and ranged attacks are effective. Not used to fighting in the open due to relying on being hidden.
