Player 1l
Strategy: Player 1 will start with wielding Friendship is a Cold Bat to the Face and will attempt to instantly use it's time freeze ability as he flies straight to Player 2 to smash his face with it to stun and/or debilitate him, followed by switching to his Whip of the Eternal Ice Storm to entangle him with it before willing one of the links to break to hit Player 2 with a flurry of hail and lightning bolts, followed by switching to Beelzebub's Pistol to pop a cap in him and let the bullet feed on him.
If that strategy works out, he'll finish it by walking off and slipping his Bright Swag Glasses on while tossing a Hope Blast to consume what is left of Player 2 in a hopesplosion.
However, if the above curbstomp strategy fails or doesn't go quite according to plan, he will try to use his flight advantage to stay out of easy to hit range while lobbing Hope Blasts at Player 2, which thanks to the Necklace of Hope Channel will allow him to have good control over them. Between Hope Blasts he will dart in with his own Friendship is a Cold Bat to the Face bat for some sick awesome Bat on Bat combat. If things wind up going against Player 1, he will use his Heartstone to heal himself up a bit before taking full advantage of his flight and range advantage by attacking from on high with a combination of Beelzebub's Pistol and Hope Blasts. If Player 2 manages to use/smash his Orb of the Star Dragon, then Player 1 will do his best to stay out of range of the Dragon while peppering him with Beelzebub's Pistol to try to sap it's strength and give it to himself until the Dragon leaves or dies.
If Player 1 wins, he will don his Bright Swag Glasses anyways to be a cool, prize grubbing douchebag.
Power.
Hope Blast - Whenever Player 1 is in high spirits and/or highly confident, he can unleash unstable bursts of concentrated hope energy at an enemy. Without a proper focus, his hope blasts tend to be inaccurate and have random output of power/size. With a proper focus they are far more accurate but power/size depends on the focus in question. (acceptable focuses include objects associated with hope or objects that share similarities with staff's and wands.)

Friendship is a Cold Bat to the Face - 500B - This bat is made entirely of silver, but is rather rigid and is rather hard to break. The bottom has a pentagram on it; the bat is more effective against things that are dark or evil. It grows more powerful the more friends you're surrounded by and can also shoots pure energy beams at will. Once per thread, time can stand still for 1 post for everyone except the holder of this item.
Whip of the Eternal Ice Storm - 900b - This chain looks to be made of ice, however if you look closely it seems as if every once and awhile a huge arc of lightning jumps between the links. This chain is almost indestructible by normal means and is colder then ice everywhere except where the user is holding it. The user can will one of the links to break open, if they do this a very violent ice storm will appear in the area. The storm will shower hail and snow down on everyone in the nearby area along with extremely violent lightning. If the link is broken while in contact with someone all of the hail and lightning will be focused on them. Once broken the links cannot be regained. This eight foot chain has 30 links in all.
Beelzebub's Pistol - 1000b - This pistol is pure black with dark purple and dark green accents, it doesn't actually take bullets or ammo. The gun can shoot about once a post however it will never run out of ammo. The bullets it shoots when it stops moving will open up and start to eat whatever it is touching or in, whether that's the ground or someone's artery. The bullets will drain a small amount of power and transfer it to whoever is holding the gun. The bullets will only do this for three posts at the end of the third post the bullets will return to normal bullets and stay where they are.
Bright Swag Glasses - 300b - These shimmering gold glasses allows for perfect night-vision in full colour also increases your coolness by at least 50%. If you can slip them on just before the end of the thread (or while walking away from an explosion) you might get double the rewards.
Necklace of Hope's Channel - 1000b - This necklace is silver with a pure white stone at it's center. The white stone glows warmly when worn by a hope player. All Hope based powers are amplified while worn. More powerfully however is the user if they are a hope player can channel their powers through the necklace allowing them to focus their powers further. If the user usually has trouble controlling their hope powers they will no longer, this necklace will allow them to focus and fine tune their powers.
Heartstone - This grisly artifact is made of something's heart. It's really gross. But it stores Life energy over time and lets you heal yourself with a quick burst.
True-eye Circlet - 200b - This circlet in the middle contains a living, blinking moving eye. The one wearing this circlet will be able to see just about any hidden or obscured person. You can also see any invisible attacks like psychic attacks, things will have a certain aura around them corresponding to the aspect color of the power.
Yakuza Jacket: You have no idea if this is what Yakuza actually wear but it looks stylish and is tough and durable enough to count as light armor and it has a Tiger on it.

Player 2
HIT WITH BAT DONT STOP
Okay, so here's the deal! Player 2's opponent looks to be a lot strong so he's going to be careful but also try as hard as he can!
First of all let Balthazar* out so she can help if she wants to, then activate bubble shield with harmonizing amulet and roll closer until he can fight him at close range. Unless his shield is shattered, Player 2 will continue to try and fight close range and will not fight at a distance. If forced to fight at a distance he can use his bracelet of Apollo to shoot fireballs. At close range Player 2 will deactivate the shield and try to hit Player 1's pistol(if he is using it) away with his bat. If not Player 2 will skip that step and try to throw his towel over his head to gain advantage of fighting someone with a towel over their head. Regardless if he is successful with that or not he'll then fight him with the bat and continue to do so until he wins (or more likely) is overpowered.
In a pinch Player 2 can summon the Star Dragon** to fight for him. While the dragon is out, Player 2 will distance himself (with his flutter jump shoes if he has not used them yet) to stay out of the creatures way but still may shoot fireballs at Player 1 with his bracelets of Apollo if he is not too injured. If he is he will wait in his bubble shield and cheer the dragon on, as well as attempting to wrap any wounds with his towel and/or shirt. The dragon only lasts a short while so he'd be stuck if it didn't finish Player 1 off or weaken him enough so Player 2 could win.
Other than his shield(which he will only activate at a distance or if knocked off his feet), Player 2 has little he can use to counter attacks. He isn't frail but doesn't have much defense for items that deal heavy damage, nor does he have healing items. Would probably not attack Player 1s puppies or kittens unless they attacked Balthazar. Player 2 doesn't target vulnerabilities/weakspots(with the exception of attempting to disarm weapons) in strife, just hits at whatever he can. Lack of tier powers and general inexperience battling puts him further at a disadvantage.
*Balthazar ministrategy: Will shift into a smaller/less noticeable snake and try to sneak up on Player 1, shifting into either a venomous or large constrictor snake (depending on which seems more effective from her position) if she gets close enough to attack. However, will always attempt to attack if the any opponent is too close to Player 2/attacking him. Vice versa, Player 2 will always recaptchlouge Balthazar if she is injured.
**Star Dragon ministrategy: Less strategy and more brute strength. Attack from the sky and breath fire. Possibly bite or scratch if close enough.
Awesome Balthazar - 60b - A pet snake that can shapeshift into other kinds of snakes. + Blue Sweater-A cute sweater that can only be worn by snakes. Sleeves are optional. Comes in all colors. 5B
Harmonizing Amulet - 300b - This amulet softly plays music like a music box and occasionally spits out a (completely mundanae and harmless) bubble. It's a rose pink amulet with space in the center for a crystal gem. Upon touching the gem for activation, the amulet doubles as a protective shield, forming a magical barrier around the user. The magical barrier gives off a strong aura of peace, calming down anyone near the amulet wearer as well.
Bracelet of Apollo - When these Bracelets are worn, they allow the wearer to create and control fire, and control tendrils of light that are pretty. They also give the wearer VERY good aim with a bow, and even seem to make them get hurt slower!

Orb of the Star Dragon- "Mogok"- 3000B - It's a small orb that glows gently. When you look into it, you can see an image of the night sky. Once per thread, you can shatter the orb and summon the great Star Dragon. For up to five posts, this wise, old creature will help you in strife, or anything else you need. Flying on it isn't really the best idea, because it flies really, really high, so you may have trouble breathing. The dragon can breath fire, has pretty sharp teeth, is pretty strong, and it's scales are hard to pierce. After five posts, the orb will reform where ever it was smashed, and the dragon will return to sleep until the next thread.
Flutter Jump Elf Shoes - These shoes allow you to hover momentarily in the air before you descend again. I use per thread.
