Anyway I'm here to help you guys with classpects! I'll make a little bit of a reference guide here, and feel free to add comments and ask questions.
Classes:
Heir: One who inherits, or matures through aspect. As the Breeze was already there for john to control, so should the aspects of other heirs be ready for them. Heirs are generally protected by their aspect, until they mature enough to protect themselves with it. Heirs also might "become" their aspect. Think long on these wise words. (Active/Passive: Unknown)
Seer: Seers are like prophets. They use their aspect to "See" or to learn. A seer is actually, one who knows, or one who learns. Seers generally get to see the future, depending on the aspect their given. A seer of mind can see alternate futures based on people's actions. A seer of Light can see the future that is most fortuitous. To put it simply: A seer learns though (aspect here)(Active/Passive: Unknown, but considered passive).
Knight: Knights, unlike Heirs, are an active class that don't inherit, but weaponize with their aspect. We have seen dave fighting with time travel. Karkat fought with blood by leading his team through the session. But it also means to protect. Karkat protects his team by calming Gamzee, and so on. (Active).
Witch: One who manipulates (Aspect here). Witches don't need fancy gimmicks, they create, or build, or destroy whatever is needed, provided by their aspect. (I'm a little bare bones on this topic really). (Active)
Page: A page is one in training. Before a knight becomes a knight he is a page. I believe this because Pages are described as having a lot of potential. Pages aren't powerful because of what they are, but because of what they become. (Active/Passive: Unknown).
Prince: A prince is an active class that translates to Destroyer of (Aspect here). They can literally destroy their aspect, or hypothetically, as when Eridan destroyed the Matriorb. (Active).
Maid: Maids serve, or refine their aspect. They also are made of (aspect). They are also speculated to create, as Jane creates Life, or refines it, at least, and as Aradia creates time for her team to escape from Jack. (Active/Passive:Unknown).
Bard: As put by mother: The wild card. May start game absent of their aspect. Gamzee was one chill Mofo without any sort of rage or intense negative feelings. The class itself is described as one who invites destruction of, or destruction through their aspect. Once gamzee discovered his own rage, he allowed it to be destroyed by karkat's shooshpap. Later on, he allowed Terezi's rage against Vriska to lead towards the confrontation between the two. The sense of friendship seemed to have been destroyed, and vriska also ended up dying. they should be great manipulators of this aspect, but not directly, it's more of a passive/in the shadows/under handedness sort of manipulation- thus the 'invite' part instead of straight up destruction like Eridan and Dirk. (Passive)
Rouge: Rouge is the passive counterpart to thief. Rouges may steal (aspect) to benefit their team, or just others, but not for themselves. A rouge of time could make others immortal by taking the time away from enemies. A rouge is a very helpful teammate to have on your side. (Passive).
Thief: A thief is almost exactly like a rouge, but steals to benefit themselves. Like Viriska when she steals "ALLLLLLLL" of the luck.
This is a very active class, and as such is not one to have as an enemy. (Active).
Mage: Thought to be the active counterpart of Seer, Mage roughly translates to "One who knows", such as Sollux's warnings of doom, and Meulin's shipping charts. Mage's are more of guides than fortune tellers though. (Active/Passive:Unknown, but speculated to be Active).
Sylph: A MAGICAL WITCH. In layman's terms, yes, but a sylph is more specialized than that. Sylphs focus more on healing through their aspects than anything else. (Passive).
Aspects:
Breath: This is a bit of a varied topic. People have called it freedom, will and spirit. It's also shown literal wind, and actual breath. Breath players are generally very happy, or at least friendly.
Time: As far as we know, time only means literal time. But, I speculate that it also has to do with death. All the time players seem to have an association of death. They also seem to have a lot to do with choices. Dave makes the choice to kill himself in from of dave. Aradia's choices are at first all controlled by the dark gods. (It's not a rule, but both of these time players are Derse dreamers).
Light: Light seems to mostly mean fortune. But it can also mean actual light, knowledge, and sight! All three of the known life players seem to have some kind of sight, but rose's probably has to do with her being a seer.
Space: Space, like most of the others, has a literal meaning, but nothing solid. I like to think of it as creation! Kanaya, created outfits, and is tasked with re creating her species. Jade creates atomic devices, and probably more things hehe.
Blood: Blood is a difficult topic. We've never seen Karkat or Kankri do any bloody things, and there has been nothing written of it. But, my opinion is that blood has to do with culture. Bringing people together, like the sufferer did, and being a leader, as Karkat was. Blood has also been describes as relationships. And given Karkat's skill with quadrants, I agree.
Hope: Hope is a particularly strong aspect, especially if wielded correctly. The counter balance of this, is that (in canon) all hope players are very self absorbed. It also appears to be defined by the player's very definition of hope! Jake, who said that hope was believing in things, was able to make a figment of his imagination become real.
Heart: Heart has been said by Calliope to mean soul, or essence of being. It can help the player understand people, or even to destroy them completely! To be fair, heart is the one i know least about, so if you have speculations can you tell me?
Life: Life, as far as we know, is totally literal. But in a literal sense, it could mean any aspect of life! Pain, love, fear, it's a very powerful class.
Void: Void player have power over nothing. My best guess is that they are sort of a jack of all trades, that they don't fit into the rest of the aspects, so they literally have the essence of nothing. It could also mean darkness if you're into that sort of thing hehe. It has also been said void can mean hidden. "And a void player who was invisible to us all" as dirk said, while talking about roxy being a hidden leader.
Rage: Rage, probably means anger. But I think that it could mean any strong, or negative emotion. Fear could be it, or maybe sadness. It all depends on perspective.
Doom: Doom players do literally mean doom. Inevitabliliy, destruction and death. No i don't even think you could take this figuratively. A doom player is a bad omen. But, doom players control how doom is brought. They could save others by bringing doom onto themselves as mituna did. they could also create doom.
Mind: Mind is the aspect that has to do with any aspect of mind. heheh that was fun to type. Thoughts, ideas, notions, all within mind. Mind seems weak at first glance, but really if the player wields it correctly, mind could trump all others. Even hope. You could read minds, touch them, chance them! It's amazing how versatile mind could be.
I hope I helped!
